Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry of attorneys' time and expenses Ensure proper filing and maintenance of client records Communicate with clients via phone and in person, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries professionally Collaborate with various court systems in Central Ohio to complete necessary filings and document submissions Handle general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal practices and procedures What you need to succeed:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a legal secretary or assistant Associate degree preferred Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation preferred Experience with PCLaw and HotDocs Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior typing and computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Excel Job Type:
