We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Insurance coordinaton/Front Desk.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

### Duties:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival - Check-in patients and verify identification - Process payments, including cash and credit cards - Answer phone calls and schedule as needed - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry ### Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using Dentrix software - Knowledge of Dental terminology - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines for handling sensitive information - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies - High school diploma or equivalent Join our team as an Insurance coordinator/Front Desk receptionist and be part of creating amazing experiences for our patients.
