Chosen Home Care Services LLC Chosen Home Care Services LLC Newark, OH Newark, OH Temporary Part-time Full-time Contract Temporary Part-time Full-time Contract $12 - $17 an hour $12 - $17 an hour Duties - Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Implement individualized care plans and follow specific instructions from supervisors - Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events - Monitor and document individuals' progress and behaviors - Administer medications and assist with medical appointments as needed - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals Requirements - Previous experience in childcare, patient care, or caregiving preferred - Knowledge and understanding of working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities - Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings Note:
